Ruth Anne Gigliotti is founder and president of Synthesis Professional Services, Inc. (Synthesis www.synthesisps.com). In addition to running the firm and undertaking work with colleagues from other firms, she takes an active role in Synthesis project work in the areas of strategic planning, research and evaluation, information dissemination, and publications development efforts.

She has worked with federal and private sector clients, primarily within the arenas of health and safety and public education, for more than 20 years. As owner of a federal contracting firm offering a broad range of management consulting expertise, Ruth Anne’s interest in entrepreneurial women’s issues is personal as well as professional.
