Prior to establishing this consultancy, Mr. Grob was Executive Director of the Citizens' Health Care Working Group (http://govinfo.library.unt.edu/chc/), which was charged with facilitating public discussions of our nation's health care system and sending recommendations to the President and the Congress. He has more than 35 years of professional leadership and public service in the Federal Government, holding executive level positions and directing the work of evaluators, inspectors, and management and policy analysts, mostly in the Department of Health and Human Services.
Mr. Grob has testified two dozen times before Congress. He has a Master’s Degree in Mathematics from Georgetown University and is currently on the Editorial Advisory Board of the American Journal of Evaluation and the Advisory Board of the Eastern Evaluation Research Society (www.eers.org). He earned the highest honors in his profession, including the President’s Distinguished Executive Award and the American Evaluation Association’s Alva and Gunnar Myrdal Government Award.
